Even though the classes are crazy hot and tiring here are the reasons why you should do hot yoga:
1.) Healthy way for weight loss (A healthier version of yourself!)
2.) Glowing skin straight after the lesson and a natural flush ( no need for blush!)
3.) Helps you to relax your mind/ Reduce stress
4.) Detoxing = Great Skin
and remember to constantly hydrate yourself during the lesson.
Hopefully by the end of this I'll have a supermodel body.
